Hey, I noticed you removed the note on this place about HoH being the only source of sigils in the game. Can you name any other sources? -Auron My Talk 07:40, 25 May 2007 (CDT)

The store.. Solus DiscipleSymbol2 07:50, 25 May 2007 (CDT)

Those sigils come from the hall you freakin idiot, do you not know how the traders work? They buy stuff and resell it, they can run out if the demand is higher than the supply. — Skuld 07:58, 25 May 2007 (CDT)
I know you guys have a history but calm down Skuld. Actually I think the game's economy artificially has items added to it. Ages and ages ago there was that game update that added AI fleeing on AoE attacks. At the time there was a big commotion and the price of Sup Fire Runes died in the ass and the price and demand for Sup Air and Earth (and to a lesser extent Water) Runes skyrocketed. So I started buying up as many Sup Earth Runes as I could, if you got your timing right every 30 seconds one would appear for sale and if you were quick enough you could buy it before someone else did. I doubt that one Sup Earth Runes was being sold to the rune trader every 30 seconds for the 20 minutes or so I was buying them up. My conclusion is that Anet spawns items in via the trader although it's hard to speculate how many enter the game world in this fashion and what determines how many are added in. --Xasxas256 08:18, 25 May 2007 (CDT)
Mr Skuld is a little bit angry, but I agree with Xasxas, it's what I do sometimes when runes are out of stock (on the rare occasion) and I am outfitting heros. Also most mmorpg's have stores/merchants whatever you call them automatically re-stock. Solus DiscipleSymbol2 08:33, 25 May 2007 (CDT)
The sigil traders do not get stock from the ether, sigils are all won in HoH. If less sigils are being sold to the trader... guess what? Prices rise. The sigil trader has not run out (ever) in my recollection, but still could (just like how the Material Traders run out of iron/cloth every time a new campaign is released; their stock isn't magically re-filled by ANet). -Auron My Talk 08:59, 26 May 2007 (CDT)
